I have some exciting news! I wanted to let you know that amidst all of the negative economic news, home loan rates have actually rallied and reached near RECORD LOW levels. Even the staff at Litton Mortgage has been busy refinancing our personal homes to obtain some of the lowest rates in history. At Litton Mortgage, we are enjoying helping our clients take advantage of this opportunity! It’s really surreal to be writing about interest rates this low!

What does this mean to you?

You could reduce your monthly payment and interest costs, shorten the term of your loan or even borrow additional funds to pay off other debt, reduce your overall household monthly expenses, or obtain money for home improvements such as swimming pools, kitchen and bathroom remodels, etc.

One possible option, which has become a very popular strategy for many of our clients and even our staff, involves refinancing to a shorter-term loan for a payment that is comparable to your current payment. This is a great way to take advantage of the interest rate differential. None of our clients so far have had to bring any out of pocket money to closing.
