Our office under construction is moving right along! We think we will be able to move to our new offices in late March 2010. So excited!!! We hope you will come visit us at our open house. Stay tuned for details.

2010 is here (and so is LITTON MORTGAGE)

Acadian Mortgage, Inc. is now LITTON MORTGAGE! Acadian Mortgage, Inc. is now Doing Business as Litton Mortgage. Same great Customer Service, even more options for you and as always, Great Low Interest Rates with Low Fees! Do business with a Family and Name you can trust!

I felt it was time for a change. It was time to distinguish ourselves in the community. Originally, Acadian Mortgage was started with 2 owners in Georgia several years ago. Since then, I have made my journey back home to my roots in Louisiana and the other owner stayed to focus his business in Georgia. I decided to open a Family Business back home in Louisiana. May I mention, There is truly no place like home! I take pride in my family and the Litton name. Our name is our reputation in the community. Our integrity is our name. Our business is founded on integrity: "He who walks with integrity, walks securely" -Proverbs 10:9. When you do business with Litton Mortgage, you are doing business with the integrity of the Litton Family. It all works hand in hand.

We are a local mortgage company operating in our home state of Louisiana in the community I was raised. We are serving the people in our community, the community we call home. It doesn't get any better than this!

the NEW Acadian Mortgage, Inc

As you can see, Acadian Mortgage has a new name, new logo, and new website. Acadian Mortgage, Inc. is here!

Also, we are welcoming a new office manager and processor in our Bossier Cit, LA office with over 15 years in the mortgage business including past President of a mortgage company. Tina Seegers (formerly Tina McIntosh) is now on the Acadian Mortgage, Inc. team.

The new website, www.acadian-mortgage.com was built in such a way to provide the maximum in technology, efficiency, communication, tools and interactivity.

Also, we are rolling out a NEW AND IMPROVED way to both APPLY ONLINE for your next mortgage as well as complete document signatures without even picking up a pen and having to sign 30+ pages. We are now approved with the latest secure document delivery and digital signature technology to allow us to deliver your documents securely to you and allow you to "sign" the documents with the simple clicks of a mouse rather than individually signing each page.
